I know when i first started buying electronic cigarettes i had to go through four different brands to find the right one. i was a smoker for more years than you friend and i haven’t had a real cigarette in over 8 months. A friend of mine bought one last week and I tried it myself. I don’t believe it can help you quit because you fill it with a liquid nicotine solution and it delivers it to your lungs when you inhale the vapors. It tastes roughly like a real cigarette and it definitely gives you the “feel” of smoking a real one (except no ash). My friend said he bought it cause it doesn’t emit the tars and particulate matter that science calls “second hand smoke” so it is supposed to be environmentally friendly.

Nicotine itself may or may not be harmful to healthy young people over the long run, it isn’t really known at this point, but inferences from the data suggest that in moderation it is not. Questions have been raised about a chemical in the e cigarette “smoke,” but again, the answer isn’t known. So the best that can be said right now is that e cigarettes are *probably* safer than regular cigarettes.

I do not have a whole lot of sources to site because I have learned my information from all kinds of places. However it really does not take some kind of person with a scientific degree to see that electronic cigarettes cannot be near as harmful as electronic cigarettes.

For one it has been proven that traditional cigarettes have over 4000 poisons and at least 46 known carcinogens, not to mention tar. V2 Cigs Coupon

Like you said it helps to know your limit and when to stop smoking. When you first start using an electronic cigarette there is always the matter of when is enough since it does not burn up or go out.

For the first 3 or so days I had to count out around 10 – 12 drags and put it down. Now I just seem to have one around me and I take a drag or two every 10 or 15 minutes. However most electronic cigarettes will go and kind of cut you off when you have smoked to much. The one I have will blink 10 times if you hit on it to much.

It is really tough to instruct you without knowing what kind of e-cigarette you have. If it is a 3-piece, with a separate atomizer, battery and a cartridge that you can fill with e-liquid yourself, then it is all about the juice.

The higher the nicotine content, the more of a “throat hit” you will get. E-juices that have VG (vegetable glycerin) as a component put out a little more vapor. If you’ve got one of the over-hyped crappy models where you are stuck buying pre-filled cartridges, or worse, cartomizers from the manufacturer, there is nothing you can do.

If it is the flavor alone that you are trying to strengthen and you just can’t seem to find an already-made one that satisfies your desires, you should look at making your own. You can do a search for “make my own e liquid” and find a plethora of sites that tell you how to do that with Lorann oils.

If you don’t have a quality e-cigarette that permits you to use your own (or someone else’s) e-liquid, you can get them pretty cheap at the links I have listed, below:
